Salud Integral México currently operates in two communities: El Temporal and El Manzano in Valle de Bravo. In these areas, residents grapple with limited access to healthcare resources. Salud Integral offers a unique care model that combines face-to-face and telemedicine services. This innovative approach bridges the geographical gap and optimizes human and financial resources, making healthcare more accessible and efficient for these remote communities.
In their continuous pursuit of excellence, Salud Integral partnered with 19Labs. Together, we are on a collaborative journey to enhance the quality of healthcare services provided to El Temporal and El Manzano residents and beyond. One key innovation from this partnership is integrating 19Labs' telemedicine solutions into Salud Integral's existing healthcare framework. This integration expands the reach of healthcare services. It ensures that patients receive timely and expert medical advice without the constraints of distance or connectivity by providing satellite connectivity and secure video solutions. Now, residents access healthcare professionals and have consultations directly from their communities, bridging the gap between them and their required medical expertise.
Additionally, the collaboration has enabled the implementation of mobile healthcare units equipped with advanced diagnostic devices. These units serve as a lifeline for those residing in remote areas, bringing essential medical services right to their doorstep. From diagnostic screenings to preventive healthcare measures, these mobile units have become a beacon of hope, fostering a healthier, more resilient community.
This collaboration has also allowed the Salud Integral team of doctors and nurses to continuously support state Health Campaigns while providing access to medical care to the communities they serve. An example of such is participation in state-level cancer prevention campaigns. The Salud Integral team may travel to multiple communities to support this program. However, they are only a GALE telemedicine call away from regular patients. This has allowed for efficient use of the limited medical personnel of the area without negatively impacting access to healthcare.
